Quality Assurance Statement
3 Com Ltd Quality assurance Team makes sure the project will be completed based on the previously agreed specifications, standards and functionality required without defects and possible problems. It monitors and tries to improve the development process from the beginning of the project to ensure this. It is oriented to "prevention".
Quality control is carried out within the company’s own quality framework. Procedures identified in the Quality Manual are adhered to throughout a project. These procedures have been followed many times by our consultants in the successful, satisfactory and timely delivery of our projects.
As a result of the implementation of the 3 COM quality management system provides the following quality benefits:
- A more disciplined approach by staff and consultants to their everyday operations through adherence to their quality manuals and
- Improved control over projects and assignments by the introduction of improved planning and
